By accessing and using the Eyemage application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Eyemage for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell Eyemage or any portion thereof without express written permission from the developer.

Eyemage is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability or non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

You use Eyemage at your own risk. The developer is not liable for any inaccuracies in object detection, scene descriptions, or AI-generated responses.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the App
• Inaccurate AI predictions or object detection results
• Device damage or data loss
• Actions taken based on App output

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Eyemage for:

• Illegal activities or violating any applicable laws
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming others
• Circumventing security or tampering with the application
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract proprietary models
• Activities that could harm the App's functionality or security

7. Device Permissions

Eyemage requires certain device permissions to function (camera, microphone, etc.). By using the App, you grant permission to access these resources. You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings, which may limit App functionality.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Eyemage (including but not limited to software, algorithms, and user interface design) are owned by the developer, licensor, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App or our website. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Eyemage immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms of Service. You may discontinue your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
